• Metinvest-MRMZ LLC

  A machine-building enterprise specialising in the manufacture and repair of spare parts, metal structures and replaceable equipment for the mining and metallurgical industry. The enterprise provides a full cycle of machine-building production, including steel casting and the servicing of industrial equipment.

  

• Metinvest-KRMZ LLC

  A heavy machine-building and metalworking enterprise. Founded in 1963 in Kryvyi Rih, the plant specialises in the manufacture of spare parts, equipment and metal structures for mining and processing and metallurgical enterprises. KRMZ has a closed production cycle — from foundry production to machining and the fabrication of complex welded structures.

  

• PrJSC Kamet-Steel

  Kamet-Steel (formerly the Dnipro Metallurgical Plant) is one of the largest enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine, with a 130-year history of outstanding achievements. It is one of the six leading metallurgical plants of the country in terms of production and sales capacity for steel products.

  

• PJSC Zaporizhstal

  PJSC Zaporizhstal is an enterprise with a full metallurgical cycle that holds a leading position in steel production in Ukraine and exports steel products to more than 50 countries worldwide. The plant is systematically modernising its production facilities, paying particular attention to environmental issues.

  

PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih

PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih is one of the largest producers of rolled steel in Ukraine, specialising in the production of long products, in particular rebar and wire rod made of ordinary and low-alloy steels; it also produces sinter, concentrate, coke, pig iron, and steel, section and shaped rolled products.

INTERPIPE

INTERPIPE is a Ukrainian industrial company, a producer of seamless and welded pipes and railway products. The company is among the TOP 10 largest global exporters of seamless pipes and is also the third largest producer of solid-rolled railway wheels. The company consists of three divisions — steelmaking, pipe and railway products. This structure makes it possible to control product quality at every stage: from the production of raw materials to the delivery of finished products to customers.

BT Solutions

BT Solutions (BT SOLUTIONS LLC) is a Ukrainian consulting and trading and industrial company founded in 2009 in Dnipro. The company specialises in financial planning, resource management, tender support and the supply of industrial materials. BT Solutions cooperates with enterprises of the industrial sector, in particular in the field of supplying raw materials and materials for the metallurgical industry.

JSC IMERYS BAHACHEVE

A Ukrainian enterprise specialising in the production of refractory products, as well as the extraction and processing of secondary kaolins. The company's main line of business is the manufacture of refractory materials for industrial use.

OJSC Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant

OJSC Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant is one of the largest enterprises of the metallurgical complex of Ukraine, the largest ferroalloy enterprise in Europe and the second largest in the world in the production of manganese alloys. The plant's main output is the production of manganese alloys (silicomanganese and ferromanganese), the alloying elements required for the production of high-quality and high-strength alloys in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy and their further use in various branches of industry.

PJSC Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant

PJSC Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant is a manufacturer of rolling, metallurgical, forging and pressing, hydraulic, mining, hoisting and transport, and specialised equipment. A powerful production, research and experimental base, modern technologies and qualified personnel allow the enterprise's staff to create high-quality integrated equipment within short deadlines and to keep it operational for a long time.

OJSC Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant

OJSC Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant is a stable producer of ferroalloys and one of the largest enterprises in Europe in terms of production capacity and the range of alloys produced. The plant's main output consists of various grades of ferroalloys: ferrosilicomanganese, ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, metallic manganese with different phosphorus content, and other elements, depending on the customer's requirements.

PrJSC Ukrgrafit

A leading Ukrainian producer of carbon and graphite products, founded in 1933 in Zaporizhzhia. The enterprise specialises in the production of graphite electrodes, cathode blocks and other carbon materials for the metallurgical industry. Ukrgrafit products are used in the production of steel, aluminium and other metals, and many years of experience secure the enterprise's leading positions in the industry.

PrJSC Hlukhivtsi MPKP

A leading enterprise of the Ukrainian mining industry, specialising in the extraction and processing of primary kaolins. The plant's products are used in the ceramics, glass, porcelain and faience, rubber goods and other branches of industry.

PJSC Dniprospetsstal

PJSC Dniprospetsstal is the principal producer of high-quality stainless steel in the CIS markets and is the undisputed leader in this segment in Ukraine. It develops, manufactures and sells metal products made of stainless, tool, high-speed (including those produced by powder metallurgy), bearing, structural alloy and carbon steels.
