- Considering a job application — assessment of the CV, invitation to an interview, communication regarding the results. Legal basis: your consent.
- Ensuring the operation and security of the website — protection against spam, automated mailings and malicious requests. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
- Traffic analysis — understanding which sections of the website are useful to visitors. Legal basis: your consent to the use of optional cookies.
- Compliance with legal requirements — where processing is expressly provided for by law. Legal basis: legal obligation.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files that the website stores in your browser. We use two categories:
- Necessary — these ensure the basic operation of the website. In particular, we store the theme you have selected (light or dark) in your browser's local storage. This data is not transmitted to the server and does not allow you to be identified.
- Analytical — these help assess website traffic in an anonymised form. They are set only with your consent.
You may delete stored cookies or block them in your browser settings at any time. Please note: once necessary cookies are disabled, some elements of the website may not work correctly.
To protect the forms against automated submissions, we plan to use Google's reCAPTCHA service. It processes the technical data of your device in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
6. To whom we disclose data
We do not sell, rent out or trade your personal data. Access to it may be granted only to:
- employees of the company who need this data to perform their official duties — to the extent necessary to respond to your enquiry;
- service providers acting on our instructions: the hosting provider, the email provider, the anti-spam service and the web analytics service — within the scope of the services they provide;
- state authorities — solely in the cases and in the manner expressly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
7. Cross-border transfers
Certain services we use (hosting, email, analytics, anti-spam protection) may process data on servers outside Ukraine — in particular within the European Union and the United States of America.
In such cases, transfers take place on the basis of the mechanisms provided for by law: adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention periods
- Enquiries submitted through the contact form — up to 12 months from the end of the correspondence, after which the data is deleted.
- Candidates' CVs — up to 12 months from the date of submission, so that we can offer you another vacancy. You may request the deletion of your CV earlier.
- Data related to a concluded contract — for the period established by law for the retention of the relevant documents.
- Technical data and analytics — in anonymised form, usually for no longer than 26 months.
Once the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised in such a way that it is no longer possible to identify an individual from it.
9. Data protection
We take organisational and technical measures to protect your data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure:
- data from the forms is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS);
- only authorised employees have access to enquiries;
- the forms are protected against automated submissions;
- files uploaded through the vacancy form are checked for type and size before being accepted.
At the same time, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information sent through the website.
10. Your rights
In accordance with the law, you have the right to:
- know exactly which of your data we process and obtain a copy of it;
- request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data;
- request the erasure of data where the purpose of processing has been achieved or no longer applies;
- withdraw the consent you have given — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal;
- restrict processing or object to it;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and, for visitors from the EU, with the supervisory authority of their place of residence.
To exercise any of these rights, send a request to office@savexminerals.com. We will reply within 30 calendar days. To protect your data, we may ask for additional information in order to verify your identity.
11. Data of minors
The website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of persons under 18 years of age. If you become aware that a child has sent us their data, please notify us — we will delete it without undue delay.

We may update this Policy — for example, in the event of changes in legislation or in the set of services used by the website. The current version is always available at this address, and the date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the document.
We recommend that you review this page periodically. Continued use of the website after the changes have been published means that you have read the updated version.
