Intended for fixing ceramic products and forming refractories. It can be used for bonding thermocouples in various thermal units. It has a wide range of operating temperatures: from 950 °C to 1750 °C. Depending on the customer's requirements, the physico-chemical properties of the material can be adjusted.
The varnish reduces the formation of heat checks on the walls of ingot moulds, thereby increasing their durability and service life. It helps improve the ingot surface.
An in-house produced lubricant with anti-seize properties for severe operating conditions; it is a grey-black paste based on graphite and a synthetic component; it contains no lead, copper, sulphur or their compounds, nor any heavy metals. The product is used as a lubricant with anti-seize properties in the temperature range from -30 to +1350 °C and can be applied to any metal and ceramic surfaces (including stainless steel, nickel alloys and galvanised surfaces).
The product is used in the assembly of structural items by bonding individual parts of high-alumina ceramics and lining fragments made of corundum refractories, as well as for the repair of various corundum-based items partially destroyed during firing or in service. Shelf life up to 1 year.
