Production Line Operator

We are looking for a production line operator to manufacture unshaped refractory mixtures — ramming and gunning masses, refractory castables, heat-insulating and slag-forming mixtures.

About the role

You will operate the equipment of the production area and ensure output in accordance with process charts and formulations. The role involves teamwork, maintaining process parameters and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operating production equipment (mixers, dosing units, packaging lines) in accordance with process charts.
Dosing and loading raw materials according to the formulation.
Monitoring process parameters and product conformity to the set requirements.
Packaging, labeling and palletizing of finished products.
Cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment, elimination of minor faults.
Keeping output records, following process instructions and occupational safety requirements.

Requirements

Secondary specialized or vocational education.
Experience operating production equipment will be an advantage (on-the-job training provided).
Responsibility, attentiveness, willingness to work in a team.
Basic skills in working with production documentation.
Ukrainian.
